Even after 20 years, SUPER EIGHT's youth "will not change, will not end." After the group disbanded, many fans had been looking forward to their first performance at the Nippon Budokan, and it's finally on video!!
In January last year, after SUPER EIGHT completed their moving and "miraculous" 20th Anniversary Tour "Cho DOME TOUR Nijuusai," they welcomed their 21st anniversary by holding their first-ever concert at the Nippon Budokan from November 26 to 28, 2025, titled "SUPER EIGHT in Nippon Budokan." When the five members appeared on the red carpet, the venue was instantly enveloped in deafening cheers, and the members appeared on the central 360-degree stage with a professional wrestling-style entrance, instantly pushing the atmosphere to its peak! Centered around band-arranged songs that best showcase SUPER EIGHT's passionate and youthful charm, they performed a total of 19 songs in succession. This amazing performance that shook the Nippon Budokan is finally on video!!!!!
This edition features the performance from Day 2. The First Press Limited Edition bonus video includes the "Super Best Of" highlights from Day 1 and Day 3. In addition to the surprise birthday celebration segment for Ryuhei Maruyama, who celebrated his birthday on the first day of the tour, and hilarious MC segments such as the miraculous full-venue sing-along of "U-shaped trough," it also fully includes the opening song of the first day, "Kenshitsu," as well as "Zou," which was performed only on the third day, and other highlights from each performance, presenting them all to the fans without holding anything back.
The multi-angle footage that is always highly anticipated includes a total of 5 songs from this Nippon Budokan edition, including the opening song "Kenshitsu" and fan favorites full of mature charm, such as "Street Blues."
The Regular Edition bonus video fully includes 97 minutes of behind-the-scenes footage, including discussions about the concert setlist, hilarious studio rehearsal and venue rehearsal segments, the four members discussing how to celebrate Maruyama's birthday, and footage of the Odomari Runway event held in Osaka in November, among other rich content.
The plush outfit included in the First Press Limited Edition was designed using the most popular logo voted by fans from two outfits worn by the members during the encore performance, finally realizing the plush outfit everyone had been waiting for.
